Macee + Dillon | Oklahoma City

Photographing other photographers is an honor for me. It is a task that I take very seriously. The fact that someone who takes photos trusts me to take theirs means so much. Macee is also a photographer located in Oklahoma. I had the honor of taking her and Dillon’s photos last month, and I couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out. Macee and Dillon literally rocked their session.

We stared out session at Will Rogers Gardens. In the summer time, the mixture of the sweet sunshine and gorgeous blooms create the perfect backdrop for portraits. Macee showed up in a breathtaking yellow dress, while Dillon coordinated. The dress was MADE for Macee. Seriously, it looks stunning on her. We made our way around the gardens while the two of them got comfortable in front of the camera. Trust me, though, these two were naturals.

After the gardens, we made our way to city hall! Now, I know the idea of taking portraits at city hall sounds strange, but the fountain that was in front of it makes all the sense – just look! Macee and Dillon’s second outfit provided the perfect amount of contrast against the fountain and city buildings. We even found some beautiful pink blooms along the side of the property.

I had such a great time with this pair. The two of them are incredibly laid back, fun to be around, and easy to talk to (and anyone that’s worked with me knows I LOVE to talk!).
