Chelsey + Justin | Norman, OK

March 18th, 2018

Chelsey and I connected on Instagram months ago. If you’ve followed me for a while, you know that I LOVE Instagram. It’s so helpful when it comes with networking with friends, family, and clients. Shortly after Chelsey and I connected (and I fell in love with her engagement ring), she reached out to me about shooting her and Justin’s intimate wedding ceremony, OF COURSE I SAID YES! I knew that Chelsey and Justin were going to be amazing clients!

When first meeting Chelsey and Justin, you can’t help but smile. The two of them are so vibrant and full of life. They are one of those couples that just “fits” together. The two of them got so giddy with love around each other that I was literally swooning over them. The pair met last year after one of Justin’s shows; Chelsey’s mom talked her into going, the two of them happened to meet, and the rest is history!

We started our session at the McFarlin Church in Norman, which has easily become one of my favorite locations. The soft, gray stone just makes for the perfect location for just about any type of couple. Chelsey and Justin coordinated in blues – Chelsey in a gorgeous, navy dress, and Justin in a light blue polo. The two of them could light up a room with their smiles around each other. I mean, seriously, look for yourselves!

For our last location, I knew that the John Saxon Park would be perfect for Chelsey’s ivory bohemian dress, and boy was it! We enjoying sunset in the middle of a beautiful field, just laughing, dancing, and listening to Justin play his guitar. I’m just sure everyone that walked by enjoyed it too!

I am so excited to witness, and photograph, Chelsey and Justin’s wedding this fall!
