Some engagement sessions are beautiful. Others feel deeply personal. Sabrina and Chase’s engagement session at Gaillardia Country Club was the perfect mix of both. From the golden light at Will Rogers Gardens to the venue where they will soon say “I do,” every part of the evening reflected their adventurous spirit and genuine connection.
Their story includes a proposal halfway across the world. During a trip to Japan, Chase proposed beneath the iconic Torii gates, a moment that perfectly captures their love for adventure. Their shared passion for travel, anime, and experiencing new places has shaped a relationship built on connection and exploration.
We began their engagement session at Will Rogers Gardens in Oklahoma City. The weather was perfect, and the warm evening sun created a beautiful glow throughout the gardens. Their laughter came easily, making every moment feel natural and effortless.
One of the highlights of the evening was including their Chow Chow, Taro. He joined us for portraits and added even more personality to an already joyful session.
As the sun began to set, we headed to Gaillardia Country Club, where Sabrina and Chase will say “I do.” There is something special about photographing a couple in the place where they will exchange vows. It gives them a chance to slow down and imagine the next chapter of their story.
The elegant architecture and timeless atmosphere of Gaillardia created the perfect backdrop for a more editorial feel. Combined with the golden light and Sabrina and Chase’s undeniable connection, every image felt both elevated and authentic.
What stood out most was how naturally they fit together. Whether they were sharing a quiet smile or laughing with one another, their connection was unmistakable. Those genuine moments are what transform beautiful photographs into meaningful memories.
Sabrina and Chase’s engagement session was a reflection of who they are as a couple. Adventurous, joyful, and full of heart. Stay tuned for highlights of their beautiful fall wedding!
