Engagement Session at Dream Point Ranch

About a year ago, Dream Point Ranch made a Facebook post featuring my photos from a recent wedding. That post reached Amanda, who inquired with me about shooting her wedding at Dream Point Ranch, and I was ecstatic to say yes! Amanda and Ryan have a beautiful blended family. They have two daughters the same age, and two boys the same age! On Christmas day, surrounded by their children, Ryan got on one knee and asked Amanda to be his wife (spoiler…she said yes!). Six months later, we shot their engagement session at Dream Point Ranch.

Amanda came into the session with an idea of what she wanted. I could tell, based on her inspiration photos, that she wanted intimate, but fun, portraits of the two of them. Their first outfit was a classic black and white style – Amanda wore a black dress and heels, and Ryan wore a charcoal suit. They stood at the edge of the venue which over looked the mountains. Then, we ended the session among the trees, where Amanda and Ryan shared some fun, intimate portraits. Overall, I think Amanda and Ryan’s engagement session at Dream Point Ranch was a success!
