Vendor Spotlight | Eleven Oaks Ranch

Eleven Oaks Ranch is one of my favorite places to shoot weddings. The amount of hard work that Jaye and Ken, the owners, have put into this wedding venue is obvious as soon as you pull into the drive. I am always so impressed with the fact that it is an all paved drive – that makes it much easier for my brides come portrait time. The grounds of the venue are always well kept up, whether it’s summer or dead of winter. Nestled just five minutes from Historic Route 66, this venue is in a location that provides peace and beauty. Just around the back of Eleven Oaks Ranch, you’ll find a gorgeous gazebo, a wonderful spot for an outdoor ceremony. The spacious grounds out back are the perfect place to serve drinks or host cocktail hour.

When you first walk into Eleven Oaks Ranch, I promise you will be in awe at the beauty of this venue. The floors are simply stunning (yes, I have an obsession with floors!). You will see a grand staircase, perfect for the newlywed’s grand entrance. Eleven Oaks Ranch is extremely versatile wedding venue, with the ability to also have the ceremony and reception inside. There are two service bars – one for food, and one for beverage service. The indoor fireplace, perfect for fall and winter weddings, is the perfect spot to add some extra decor, or take photos.

Bridal Suite

I will admit that I have an obsession with bridal suites. The bridal Suite at Eleven Oaks is the first one I ever fell in love with. From the gorgeous light fixtures, to the grand mirrors, this is definitely my favorite spot of the venue. The bridal suite has ample amount of seating for bridesmaids and family to hang out and relax. In addition, the suite has a large vanity, fit for the bride and her gals to get their hair and makeup done.

Groom’s Suite

Let’s be honest, groomsmen are absolutely all about hanging out and relaxing before the ceremony! The groom’s suite at Eleven Oaks Ranch is the perfect spot for them to do that. With ample seating, along with a television on display, this is exactly what your guys are looking for. In addition, you will also find an individual groom’s vanity, perfect for the groom to gussy up before the big moment.

Packages

All packages at Eleven Oaks Ranch include tables and chairs, as well as set up and takedown. Each Eleven Oaks wedding comes with 15 hours at the venue (what a deal!!!). Brides are also welcome to use the provided what linens. Eleven Oaks welcomes their couples to take portraits before their big day, including engagement or bridal sessions. The Two Behind Eleven Oaks Ranch

Jaye and Ken, a husband and wife duo of FORTY-FIVE (!!!) years, have put their heart and soul into this venue. The name, Eleven Oaks Ranch, comes from the 11 grandchildren that the two of them share. The pair built Eleven Oaks Ranch with functionality and grandeur as their inspiration. Speaking of grandeur, the bride and groom making their grand entrance down the grand staircase is their favorite part of the wedding day. The two of them both believe that hiring a planner is the best thing you could do for your wedding, as it will take the load off of you and your family. In addition, the pair believe you should never cut on photography, as it will be all you have besides the memories.
